This policy explains how Elyon Infinite Pte Ltd, its representatives and/or agents (collectively, "ELYON", "we", "us", "our") may collect, use, disclose and manage personal information that you, the "user",(or collectively as a group of "users") provide when using our website/s and/or mobile applications (the "Services"). By visiting and/or using our Services, you agree and, where required, consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal information as set out in this policy.
We recognise and value the privacy of our users, and will protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA") and our personal data protection policy. You have the right to withdraw any consent that you have given to us. Please let us have any notice of withdrawal in writing, indicating your instructions clearly.
